Sorry it has taken me so long, but I didn't feel this message was appropriate to go on the new Forum...
Thanks to those members that helped Geoff and I run the show at Sutton Fields on the 16th &
17th May. The weather turned out better than expected and both rings and the lights were used the
whole of both days and lasted out well, with hardly any noticeable delays .
Grateful thanks to all the following:- our ring parties & singles pairs organisers etc.(in the fun ring),
the admin team & announcements, all our captains, boxloaders & judges, the 'tea ladies', those
organising the prizes those for each day & those that helped with equipment & filling up water
containers etc Plus all those that set up the rings Friday, moved them Saturday, dismantled them on
Sunday night and came to move the tents & marquees in the rain Monday night.
We finished on time both days and, as mentioned on the BFA wbsite, everything certainly went like
clockwork! It would not have been such a success without YOU ALL......
Again a superb TEAM EFFORT! So, well done everyone! Anne (Your Leader)
